The Nut Tree Business Park will be the highest quality business park project in the City of Vacaville and Solano County. Nut Tree Business Park will include three one-story, light industrial manufacturing and warehouse buildings. The two larger buildings will feature 28 foot clearance heights, up to 23 dock doors per building and four grade level doors per building. The building sizes are flexible from 5,000 square feet to 84,640 square feet.
